1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MailSolved ("the Service"), an AI-powered email writing tool operated by a sole trader based in Rochester, Kent, United Kingdom. By accessing or using the Service at mailsolved.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MailSolved generates professional email drafts based on situations, details and tone preferences you provide. The Service is provided on a monthly subscription basis after an initial free trial of three emails.

3. Account Registration

You may use the Service without an account for up to three free emails. To subscribe to a paid plan, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis. All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

• The subscription is £5 per month and renews automatically each month.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Upgrades or downgrades between plans take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day cooling-off period for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are granted at our sole discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, abusive, or discriminatory.
• Produce spam, phishing emails, or other fraudulent communications.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these rules.

7. Intellectual Property

All content generated by the Service for you is your property. You may use generated emails for any lawful purpose. We retain ownership of the MailSolved platform, software, trademarks and all underlying technology.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or be unsuitable for your specific circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated emails before sending.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
